Milam Glacier Trek

Trip Info

Day 01: Delhi - Kathgodam ( By train )
Arrival at Delhi & transfer to Hotel. Day free at Delhi. Late in evening take train to Kathgodam. O/N train.

Day 02: Kathgodam to Munsiyari(2290 m )
Early morning arrival at Kathgodam & drive through Himalayan roads & village to Munsiyari. O/N Guesthouse.

Day 03: Munsiyari to Lilam
Its the fisrt day of trek, during the day we will walk for 12 km  from Munsiyari to Lilam. O/N tents.

Day 04: Lilam to Bugdyar (2850m)
It's a gradual day of walking through lovely meadows & pasture land of Shepherds. At the end of the day its a step ascend to Bugdyar ( Lilam Ridge). O/N camps.

Day 05: Bugdyar to Martoli (3430m)
We start our day with mild uphill walk, we will walk for 14km to reach ancient Martoli village, Martoli was once a important point between Indo-Tibetan trade route, The village is deserted now with few settlements. O/N camps.

Day 06: Martoli to  Milam Village
After early breakfast , we will start walking to Milam village which is Rajputs settlement .O/N camps.
 
Day 07: Milam Village to Milam Glacier to Milam Village
Its a short & mild walk from Vilage to Milam Glacier Its beutiful spot with specacular view of Himalayas. After spending time at Glacier. we will walk back to Milam Village. O/N camps.

Day 08: Milam Village to Martoli
On we will start our return journy to Martoli. O/N Camps.

Day 09: Martoli to Lilam
Walk down to Lilam. O/N camps.

Day 10: Lilam to Munsiyari to Bageshwar
This the last day of trek to Munsiyari , later we will drive to Bageshwar. O/N guesthouse.

Day 11: Bageshwar to Haridwar
Drive from Bageshwar to Haridwar & take evening train to Delhi. End of trip.
